Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We'll always work to get your order out as fast as possible.

Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 6–10 business days from the day your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Current promotions may include free shipping on qualifying orders. Check the offer shown on our homepage, product pages, or at checkout for details.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

International Orders

If we ship outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
