Fraud & Abuse Policy
Order Verification
To protect our customers and our business, we may review orders for signs of fraud, including mismatched billing and shipping information, unusual order patterns, or flags raised by our payment processor. We reserve the right to request additional verification, delay, or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described, without first contacting us to resolve the issue, may be treated as abuse and can result in the cancellation of future orders and reporting to the relevant payment network.
Promotion Abuse
Discount codes and promotional offers are intended for genuine, one-time use per customer unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders or void discounts obtained through abuse of promotional terms (e.g., creating multiple accounts).
Account and Access Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our site for any customer found to be engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and payment networks in cases of suspected fraud, in accordance with applicable law.
