What Is an RMA?

RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. It's the approval and tracking number we issue before you send an item back to us, so we can identify your return and process it quickly.

How to Request an RMA

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return, following our Return Policy.
2. We'll review your request and, once approved, send you an RMA number along with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with all original packaging and accessories, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package back to the return address we provide with your RMA approval.

Important

Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please wait for RMA approval before shipping your item back.

After We Receive Your Return

Once your returned item arrives, our team inspects it against the conditions in our Return Policy. If approved, your refund or exchange is processed according to our Refund Policy.
